National Urgent Care Awareness Month

NightLight · May 6, 2016

May is National Urgent Care Awareness Month, so we want to do our part to help educate our community about urgent care.

Urgent care is a type of walk-in medical facility that can handle ailments and injuries that need immediate care. It is separate from a hospital or emergency room, and often less expensive.

You don’t need an appointment to come to urgent care. Although, you may want to take advantage of our Skip the Line feature here at NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care. Go to our website to reserve your spot in the waiting queue.

What else is different about NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care than other urgent care facilities? Hint: pediatric. We specifically treat children aged 0 to 18. That means we can focus on your children’s needs and treat them like, well, children.

We have five urgent care facilities around Houston, so no matter where you are, we are sure to be nearby.

We are open after hours and on weekends when your regular pediatrician is closed, so if your child has something that can’t wait, come to NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care. After your child’s treatment with us, you can follow up with your pediatrician.

Do you have any questions about urgent care? Ask us and we will answer in a future post.
