NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care named to Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

NightLight is a national leader in after-hours pediatric care, with three-year revenue growth of 91%

HOUSTON, TX – Inc. magazine today named NightLight Pediatric Care to its annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. NightLight joins a number of national well-known brands as members of the prestigious list.

“It’s such an honor to have our company and employees recognized for their dedication to caring for children,” says Zawadi Bryant, chief operating officer and co-founder of NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care. “Our ranking reflects the need for high quality after-hours care and the reputation we’ve built over a decade in Houston.”

NightLight currently employs 48 full-and part-time employees and planning new hires for the opening of its Webster location in September. Webster will bring the NightLight network to a total of five clinics across the Houston market.

NightLight’s corporate success story began in 2007, with the opening of its first Houston-area clinic in Sugar Land. The next clinic opened in Cy-Fair in 2009, with Humble and Pearland locations following within just the past 18 months. NightLight attributes this success to a unique service delivery model working with the “competition.” NightLight staffers collaborate with and even refer primary care pediatricians to their patients.

“Our number one goal is to make sure children get healthy and stay healthy. We see our role as complementary to that of primary care providers who are only available during certain hours. When the pediatrician’s office is closed, NightLight is there with a high quality alternative to the Emergency Room.”

Across the nation, this year’s average Inc. 5000 company achieved a staggering three-year growth of 490%. The list’s aggregate revenue is $205 billion, generating 647,000 jobs over the past three years.
