NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care Practice Ramps Up To Meet Growing Demands

HOUSTON, TX – NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care, an Inc 5000 fastest growing company in the nation, today announced that it will add 20 new staff physicians and other health care professionals to its growing after hours pediatric urgent care practice. The hiring will support the company’s record patient traffic and plans to open two new clinics in 2015.

“NightLight is a unique health care organization that offers a number of career opportunities to individuals looking to deliver exceptional health care to children in the Houston market,” said Yolanda Davis, human resources recruiter at NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care. Davis says the hiring will continue into 2015 with the opening of the company’s Humble clinic, its fourth location since opening in 2007. The company currently employs 46 employees in Sugar land, CyFair, and Pearland.

The openings include full-time, part-time, and on call positions including staff physicians, nurse practitioners, operations managers, medical billing specialists, medical assistants, medical front desk, and radiology technicians. The positions and applications can be found at

Individuals that join the team enjoy a benefits package including competitive compensation, medical, dental, paid time off, employee referral/wellness programs, birthday and anniversary perks, among other benefits. Depending upon the role, schedules vary during hours of operations, Monday – Friday, 5pm-11pm and weekends/holidays 11am – 9pm. NightLight’s unique service delivery model underscores its partnership with local pediatricians and primary care physicians. Operating exclusively on an after hours basis, NightLight treats children ages 0 -18 years-old with non-emergency illnesses exclusively after hours when their primary care physician’s office is closed. Hours of operation provide employees with the opportunity to structure their work, family, and school schedules around an evening and weekend work schedule.
