(Pearland, TX) – Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care, Houston’s leading after hours pediatric urgent care provider, will host a ribbon cutting and luncheon, September 25, 2014, 11 am – 1 pm, at its new Pearland clinic located at 2803 Business Center Drive, Suite 118 in Pearland. The ribbon cutting ceremony is co-hosted by the Pearland Chamber of Commerce and will include local elected officials, business leaders, pediatricians, and health care providers. Following the ceremonial ribbon cutting, NightLight will host a luncheon on its continuum of care model of patient services and value to local primary care physicians and pediatricians.

NightLight provides treatment exclusively for children ages 0-18 years old, differentiating it from local emergency rooms and urgent care centers. Services include wound care and repair, splinting and initial fracture management, mild dehydration management, fever management and education, breathing treatments, wart removal, and coordination of care with the primary care physician via visit summaries and lab follow up.

This is NightLight’s third clinic opening since spurring the after-hours pediatric urgent care market with the 2007 opening of the Sugar Land clinic.
