How does pediatric telehealth work?

It’s as simple as connecting with a doctor on your phone or computer.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Determine if your child’s symptoms are right for a telemedicine visit.
  2. Reserve your spot with a NightLight provider through our booking page.
  3. See and speak with a NightLight provider through your phone or computer.
  4. Some lab tests can be done at any NightLight location.
  5. A visit summary is sent to your PCP and your patient portal.

  • Some conditions require an in-person exam (inner ear infections, pneumonia) or laboratory test (strep throat, UTI) to be properly diagnosed.
  • Through our telemedicine platform, we provide care for patients from newborns through 21 years of age.
